Indonesian population is around 220 million people , 6% is concentrated in the capital of Jakarta. Indonesia consists of 5 main islands : Java (Jawa), Sumatra, Borneo (Kalimantan), Celebes (Sulawesi) , and West Papua (Irian Jaya).
Nowadays Indonesia has 1055 private radio station, 11 national television, 19 local televisions while around 782 privates radio radio and 135 local televisions also TV subscribers either with cable or satellite technology still in petition progress.
With the support of Indonesian Broadcaster Community we are organizing an event to facilitate the dynamic growth and development in broadcast technology. This dynamic development urge the need to know about latest development .The event will serve as a meeting point to interact among suppliers ,broadcasters it self (TV station and Radio station) and other related business. Inside it we also have the engineers, technicians and users.The interaction will globally improve broadcasting business and becoming one of business solution in broadcasting community.
It is the 4rd BROADCAST & MULTIMEDIA SHOW 2008 and we are planning to held this expo annually in Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) and continuously develop the size and scope of the expo it self. One of our effort right now is to bring it together with multimedia & telecommunication technology.
